The California Agriculture Leadership Foundation is a non-profit, public corporation committed to leadership training and learning experiences for leaders and advocates in California agriculture. For over 40 years the foundation has been widely considered to be the premier program, in its niche, in the world. The organization had not seen much change in over 40 years and went through a down phase. TMD gave the foundation a marketing overhaul. By developing a new, contemporary brand identity TMD was able to breathe new life into the foundation. TMD also redesigned the foundation’s website and communication materials to show participants and employers that there was a direct return on investment. Since working with TMD, the California Agriculture Leadership Foundation has had more applicants and more inquiries in 2011 than in the past 10 years.
